I really love these boots and I do recommend them. The color is a bit darker than I thought but they are still grand. Super comfy. There isn't any arch support if you are looking for that. They are flat essentially. They are made of good quality leather and have gotten softer after a few wearings. I hope they last. So far so good.

I loved the boot, I ordered a size 10 which is my size, I received the boot which seemed to be a size 9. I asked for help from costumer service to sent me a return label, I got no response. The communication was horrible. Although I see other items I like, I will not order because of the communication.

Love these boots. They are a very comfortable fit and really cute. Can wear them everywhere and all day without discomfort

Sizing is small. Took far too long to arrive with very poor communication. Oh! Lots of selling emails but no emails regarding where the goods were. The link to follow progress did not work. Will not be using you again
