First let me say that this is a lovely top. It was funny to have to order 3XL, being an AU14 normally. But the sizing recommendation is exactly right. The fabric is soft and stretchy, and resembles suede. I’m struggling to believe that it’s cashmere but it is such a nice top, I’m happy anyway. Haven’t tried washing it yet.

Ordered according to the size information on the site and it was unwearable. Ordered XL, fit like a small/medium. Even if the style was intended to be slim fitting it should be wearable.

I contacted customer service per instructions but received no response. The neck on the top does not fit properly. The colour was a lot more yellow than I expected. The sizing and fabric were good.
