Very easy to use the website and also easy to order. My scarf took a while to appear as it was on back order. Customer service were very helpful and I got plenty of updates as to where the scarf was - even after it was delivered! I was given a discount on my next order - so bought another scarf. I love them both - but do feel they are over priced. I used to order from Buykud many years ago and have noticed their pricing has really gone up.
